A resident of the Village of Silver Lake on the Historic Side of The Villages was arrested Monday morning after a traffic stop revealed she was driving without a valid license.
Julia Mary Primiano, 32, was pulled over by a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy at 7:25 a.m. at the Wawa on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Lady Lake. The deputy initiated the stop after observing Primiano’s 2004 Hyundai sedan fail to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of NE 86th Drive and NE 135th Crossing.
When asked for her driver’s license, Primiano produced a Florida identification card and admitted it was the only form of identification she had.
