AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A man is in police custody after a standoff in the area of Loop 335 and Bell Street.
Just before 3:20 p.m., the Randall County Sheriff’s Office reported a traffic stop in the area of westbound Loop 335 and Bell Street.
Officials say they found the driver, Bobby Phommasene, appeared to be intoxicated and a large knife appeared to be on the driver’s-side dashboard…
