Willow is safe and sound and far away from the cruel fates that befell her at the hands of her former owners.
The amiable goat was one of more than 240 animals seized in February by Malheur County authorities from the Grand Barr Dairy in Nyssa. The seizure came after two undercover operations by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals discovered that the animals were being severely mistreated.
