CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 15-year-old South Euclid boy was found delinquent in the deadly shooting at Raising Cane’s in Mayfield Heights last December.
Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court Judge Nicholas Celebrezze ruled the teenager was delinquent on the lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter.
