LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – A Lansing summer program is helping kids build reading skills before school starts through field trips, fun and small group lessons.
“We’re learning stuff, they’re teaching us sounds and stuff. That’s what I love about the magic of literacy,” said Ava Johnson, a student in the program.
