$5 Ticket, $2 Million Payout: Citrus County Woman Strikes Gold With Florida Lottery Scratch-Off

A 68-year-old Beverly Hills resident has claimed a multi-million dollar lottery prize after playing a $5 scratch-off game.

The Florida Lottery announced that Cynthia Price traveled to the lottery headquarters in Tallahassee on March 18 to collect her winnings. Price won the top prize in the “$2,500 A WEEK FOR LIFE” scratch-off game.

Instead of choosing the weekly lifetime installments, Price elected to receive her prize as a single, lump-sum payment. Her total payout comes to $1,949,000.00…
