Nowell family home demolished after Preston Hollow gas explosion left family hospitalized

SAN ANTONIO – Crews have demolished another home in a North Side neighborhood hit by two natural gas explosions in April, tearing down the house where the first blast happened.

The home belonged to Tim and Kimberly Nowell, who were severely burned and are still receiving treatment. On Friday, crews also demolished the house next door, which was damaged in the explosions.
