CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A homeless man is facing multiple charges after an arrest report says he chased three juveniles with a knife in the parking lot of Northgate Mall Monday night.
According to the arrest report, Chattanooga Police responded to an aggravated assault call at about 8:56 p.m. at Northgate Mall.
