EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Tables at Coral Gables were filled up Tuesday as longtime customers made one final visit before the longtime Lansing restaurant closes its doors.
Coral Gables announced in early June that its last day open would be June 30. Co-owner Stuart Vanis said the outpouring of support from the community during the restaurant’s final days has been overwhelming.
“It’s an unbelievable thing to go that far in the restaurant business,” Vanis said. “We have, with our family. We’ve worked very hard at doing this. Really, a big thank you for all the support they’ve given us.”
