The California Birthplace of Trader Joe’s ‘Two Buck Chuck’ Sells for $10.15 Million

The Northern California winery where the story of Trader Joe’s famous “Two Buck Chuck” began has sold.

The 42-acre Napa Valley estate, known as Benessere Vineyards, sold at auction last week for $10.15 million, according to information from Concierge Auctions, which handled the sale alongside Jamie Spratling and Kevin McDonald of Sotheby’s International Realty – Wine Country.
