Heirloom apples, bespoke sunflowers and a steady stream of visitors filled Ragle Ranch Regional Park for the 2026 Gravenstein Apple Fair “Where Joy Takes Root” in Sebastopol on Saturday, August 8-9, 2026. Recently named in The Bohemian’s Best of the North Bay 2026 as Best Festival, Best Art Event and Best Charity Event, the Gravenstein Apple Fair serves as Sonoma County Farm Trails’ annual fundraiser and celebrated its 53rd year.

The NorCal Public Media Music Stage was designed beautifully, with sunflowers from She Dreams Farm surrounding the main stage and canopies in shades of purple, yellows and blues generously shading the stage and dance floor.
Lisa Rose of She Dreams Farms grew the sunflowers for the fair and sent them off to Ragle Ranch at the beginning of the week to fill the park with what truly look like small bursts of joyful sunlight all over – a true “Where Joy Takes Root” moment for those who appreciate their colossal beauty…
