Entergy Arkansas will launch a series of in-person customer care events across the state starting Tuesday, July 7, designed to help residents manage rising summer utility bills and access crucial financial assistance.
The events are free, open to the general public regardless of their electric service provider and require no advanced appointments. Each session will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with Entergy Arkansas representatives, partner utilities, and local nonprofit organizations to discuss payment plans, energy efficiency programs, and other support initiatives.
