Bush made an emergency water landing in the Arabian Sea early Wednesday. The MH-60S Seahawk, a versatile twin-engine helicopter used for missions including search and rescue and combat support, went down without any indication of hostile involvement, according to U.S.
Naval Forces Central Command.
Of the four crew members onboard, three were safely recovered and are currently in stable condition aboard the carrier. However, one aircrewman remains missing, and naval assets in the area are actively conducting search efforts.
The Navy is investigating the cause of the emergency landing as operations continue in the U.S. Central Command region. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
