GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Two investors from ABC’s hit series “Shark Tank” are set to visit Grand Rapids this fall.
Daymond John and Robert Herjavec will headline the Tech Week Grand Rapids kickoff event on Sept. 14, organizers announced this week. They’re expected to share stories from their careers and discuss where technology may be headed.
Tech Week Grand Rapids organizers say it will be “a fantastic way” to begin the series, which is taking place Sept. 14 through 19.
“We are thrilled to welcome Daymond John and Robert Herjavec to Grand Rapids for Tech Week,” Andria Romkema, Tech Week’s lead organizer and the senior vice president of business development at The Right Place, said in a statement. “Both have built their careers by anticipating where technology and business are heading next, and we’re excited for our community to hear their perspective on what the future holds.”
