MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — The City of Madison announced that the July 2 America 250 parade has been cancelled.
The parade was originally scheduled to begin on County Line Road on Thursday at 6 p.m. However, that will not take place as the parade will not be rescheduled.
City officials say the cancellation is due to extreme heat. The City released the following statement regarding the cancellation.
