MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A federal prosecutor Wednesday said his office was preparing to disclose a large volume of evidence implicating a former Prichard police officer in a corruption case – evidence that includes cell phone data extractions and wiretaps from unrelated cases.
Emanuel Naman Dotch II, 50, of Mobile, pleaded not guilty to the seven-count indictment accusing him of covering up crimes, soliciting bribes and trying to frame an Atlanta lawyer and his driver for bogus drug charges.
