NOVATO, CA — Two suspects implicated in a vehicle theft in San Francisco were arrested on June 24 at a gas station in Novato. Chelsea Canepa, 25, of South San Francisco, and Christopher J. Roliz-Maguidad, 37, of San Francisco, were booked at Marin County Jail.
A San Francisco resident tracked his stolen vehicle to Marin County and phoned the Novato police. A tracking device showed the exact location of his vehicle, which was stolen the previous night. The victim found it at a Shell gas station, 401 Entrente Road in Novato.
