TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man is behind bars on a DUI-manslaughter charge in connection with a crash that killed one person and injured the driver last year, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Erick Woody was arrested by FHP Wednesday, per records. The incident occurred on T S Green Road in Tallahassee on August 12 and involved a Honda Accord.
The driver, now identified as Woody, “oversteered/overcorrected” to the left, which caused the car to roll over and crash into trees.
A 68-year-old passenger died in the car, and Woody was hospitalized with serious injuries, per troopers…
