Toledo police lieutenant pleads guilty in off-duty OVI

A Toledo police lieutenant has pleaded guilty to vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence following an off-duty crash in Perrysburg.

Lt. Adam R. Fish entered guilty pleas Wednesday to aggravated vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony, and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Wood County Prosecutor Paul Dobson.

The felony charge comes with a maximum penalty of 18 months in prison…
