ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Beef-a-Roo says it has secured funding for employee payroll and is moving forward with a broader operational restructuring that includes the temporary closure of several company-operated restaurants across multiple states.
In a statement to employees dated June 30, Beef-a-Roo Vice President Jeremy Wise said payroll processor Paycor had received a wire transfer and was initiating payroll processing for a July 1, 2026, check date after delays affected employee pay.
