Downtown St. Louis resident says if certain steps were taken, chaos could be curbed

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A downtown resident told First Alert 4 that if the City of St. Louis does a couple of things to stop vehicles from navigating Washington Avenue on weekends, much of the chaos would stop.

This comes after a woman was killed last weekend.
