EUGENE, Ore. – A Eugene company is supporting international search and rescue teams responding to the earthquake in Venezuela.
Deployed Logix creates disaster preparedness products used by national and international first responders. The company’s shelters are on the ground in Venezuela, where rescue teams from multiple countries are bringing aid to people affected by the earthquake.
Organizations using Deployed Logix products in the recovery efforts include United States Southern Command, UKMed and the United Nations. FEMA teams from Los Angeles, Fairfax and Miami-Dade counties are also using the equipment, along with search and rescue teams from Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and other Latin American countries.
