Donated WiFi phones can help Eugene domestic violence survivors reach help and resources

EUGENE, Ore. — Your old phone could help a domestic violence survivor stay connected and safe, the Eugene Police Department says.

“That old phone that you aren’t using anymoreit can be a lifeline for a domestic violence survivor,” the police department said.
