BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man on mandatory supervision was arrested after probation officers found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a home visit in Oildale on June 17, said authorities.
Officers assigned to the Kern County Probation Department’s Adult AB-109 Division, Mandatory Supervision Unit, conducted a home call in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue and contacted Joseph Kattner, who was on active mandatory supervision and had an active felony warrant.
