Bakersfield Christmas Parade crash defendant gets new attorney

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The attorney who represented Bakersfield Christmas Parade crash defendant Alan Booth over the past two and a half years declared a conflict Wednesday and was relieved as counsel.

Moving forward, Booth will be represented by attorney BreAnne Ruelas through the Indigent Defense Program.
