Roads to close in downtown Fort Wayne to make way for Fourth of July Parade

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Due to the parade celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary this upcoming holiday, several roads will be closed to make way.

As Fort Wayne’s Fourth of July Parade floats through downtown, drivers should avoid the parade by seeking alternate routes on Saturday.

Calhoun Street will be closed between Oakdale Drive and Superior Street from 8 a.m. through around noon. Surrounding side streets to Calhoun Street will also be closed for pedestrians…
