7:39am Fraud occurred at the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Foss Creek Circle. The Reporting Party (RP) dropped a check off at the mailbox outside the building. The check was subsequently altered. The RP had a copy of the check and was working with the bank. An officer contacted the RP and took a report. At 9:47am, another RP said a check was altered.
