Shane’s Famous Quesadilla Burgers has announced closure of its Lafayette location after nearly four years in business. The restaurant will serve its last meal on Friday, July 3.

Owned by Shane Vallot, the trendy burger joint, Shane’s Famous Quesadilla Burgers, was established in 2023. Located at 3822 W. Congress St. in Lafayette, the restaurant became a popular casual dining destination known for its signature burgers.
The restaurant announced the closure in an Instagram post. In the post, the team said it was bringing its three-and-a-half-year run in Lafayette to a close.
“After an incredible journey, Friday, July 3, will be our final day serving the Acadiana community. To every customer, employee, friend, and family member who supported us along the way—thank you. Your love and support meant more than you’ll ever know.” said the team…
