CLAREBCE, N.Y. (WBEN)……Erie County’s streak of seeing the sale of private residences going for north of the key $1 million economic benchmark has continued with two Clarence homes both going for above the $1 million benchmark.
That gives Erie County four consecutive days of seeing a $1 million-plus home sale recorded in the county clerk’s office.
