When it comes to the new leadership at UB, King said President Dr. Caroline Attardo Genco brings an expanded research vision for the university. “Bio-engineering and bio-tech – those are areas of tremendous potential growth and the new President at UB – President Genco really is quite storied herself as a researcher. And then being provost at Tufts University – her last role – she helped them to significantly grow their research footprint and she intends to do that at UB.”…
