LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 23-year-old man died after a trench collapsed on him while working at a construction site east of Lansing Wednesday, deputies say.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. at a construction site near the intersection of Grand River Avenue and Nicholson Road in Handy Township near Fowlerville. Workers were placing underground tanks when the trench collapsed on the 23-year-old, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.
