LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Salute to Freedom concert has been postponed due to extreme heat, a spokesperson for Floyd County Parks and Recreation said.
Originally scheduled for Thursday night at Kevin Hammersmith Memorial Park, the concert has been postponed as the day’s heat index has triggered an Extreme Heat Warning.
No date has yet been announced for when it will be rescheduled…
