CUTLER BAY, Fla. — A Cutler Bay man and woman were arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting outside of an IHOP that deputies say left two men wounded more than two months ago.
The suspects were identified in an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office as 27-year-old Kelton Abston and 42-year-old Mari Carmen Zelaya.
