VIDEO: Rhode Island man accused of body slamming 31-year-old Somerset mother in road rage incident given suspended sentence

A Pawtucket man accused of body-slamming a Somerset woman head-first into the pavement during a January 3rd, 2025, road rage incident in South Attleboro, has been sentenced in Fall River Superior Court.

Court records show that 27-year-old Gladior Kwesiah pled guilty Thursday to Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (pavement) Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Vandalizing Property (both felonies) and was issued probation and a suspended sentence of 5 years in the House of Correction. Among the conditions are mental health treatment, restitution to be determined at a later date, submitting a DNA sample, and no possession of firearms.
