SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – This 4th of July, the Sioux Falls Singing Legionnaires will be continuing their annual tradition of placing flags all over downtown and the greater Sioux Falls area.
Since 1955, the group’s flag program has resulted in hundreds of flags being put up for major patriotic holidays, both raising money for the group and local program. Recent years have seen the group place upwards of 770 flags along nine routes in Sioux Falls.
