CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A Charlotte veteran who relied on his car to run his nonprofit is now stuck after it was destroyed and vandalized earlier this week.
The alleged vandalism happened in the Fourth Ward neighborhood off North Graham Street and 9th Street.
