(FOX40.COM) — A man has been arrested on animal cruelty charges after nine dead cats were found inside a home in Stanislaus County, according to police.
Officers responded Wednesday to reports of possible dead animals inside a home in the 100 block of 6th Avenue in Oakdale, the Oakdale Police Department said.
Photos shared by police showed what officers described as the conditions the animals were living in.
