The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority launched an online survey this week to gather community input on improving bus service reliability in New Orleans East, an area the agency has made a priority.
The survey runs through August 31 and responses will be used to address safety improvements and accessibility challenges and to gauge the overall transit experience for riders.
