ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department welcomes a new juvenile curfew as it prepares to crack down on crime for the Fourth of July weekend.
“Every available police officer will be working this weekend across the entire city,” St. Louis Police Chief Robert Tracy said. “Additional officers will be deployed to help respond to firework calls as well.”
Beginning July 3, a 9 p.m. curfew will be in effect for anyone 17 years old and younger unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. The curfew will remain in place through Sept. 8…
