BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The second Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream location has opened in southwest Bakersfield Thursday.
The new location held its grand opening at the corner of Panama Lane and Old River Road, featuring seating for customers in a patio space.

The owner also told 17 News the ice cream shop is introducing a new vegan option, peanut butter and coffee truffle.
