Small Dog Rescue of New England, a Rhode Island-based dog rescue, is asking the public to help find a home for Winston, a small Shih Tzu mix who has already come a long way since being discovered in Texas in poor condition. The rescue says Winston is now healthy, comfortable, and ready for adoption after receiving extensive care, and they’re encouraging people to share his story to help him reach a family in the Northeast.
