UPDATE (9:50 p.m.) — WKRG News 5 spoke with a man who witnessed the police pursuit along Black Devine Road, moments before the motorcyclist crashed into another vehicle.
Brian Doughtery was cutting grass when he saw a motorcycle fly past him.
“The motorcyclist that was being pursued by the police officers literally passed me,” Doughtery said. “I mean, close enough to where it eye contact. We could see each other.”…
