With typical Independence Day fun, pomp and spirit, more than 125 Willowick residents descended on Dudley Park to unearth a living-history collection as the city’s time capsule was eagerly opened.
Naturally, Mayor/Safety Director Michael Vanni explained, the community capsule was planned for the nation’s semiquincentennial.
