KILLIAN, La. (WAFB) – An emergency declaration has been issued in the Village of Killian after the village’s water system failed.
According to Livingston Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director Chris Anderson, no water is currently available in the village.
Officials said the declaration was issued because of the water outage. Additional details about repairs, restoration efforts, or how long the outage may last were not immediately available…
