Early Sunday, a late-night car crowd at Willmore Park found itself surrounded by flashing lights instead of phone cameras. St. Louis police moved in on what they called an overnight street takeover, arresting nine adults and taking four juveniles to a reunification center. Officers also seized nine cars and two firearms during the response, according to authorities.
