CENTERVILLE, Calif. – Officials with the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office say a stolen vehicle was recovered and a suspect arrested after a license plate reader system alerted authorities to the vehicle’s location in the Centerville area.
The multi-agency response led to the quick apprehension of the driver. SHASCOM, the Shasta Area Safety Communications Agency, received an alert from the FLOCK Automated License Plate Reader system on Friday.
