Fairhope-based Avizo Group Inc. is merging with Birmingham-headquartered BMSS Advisors & CPAs. Through the merger, BMSS will expand to 10 offices across Alabama and Mississippi and approximately 410 employees.

According to the release on the merger, BMSS has been committed to serving clients by broadening its services and deepening its areas of expertise.
