RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KVII) — A fiery crash left two people dead on July 5 after their car traveled off the roadway on S. Grand and hit a utility pole, causing the car to combust.
According to the Texas Department of Safety (DPS), Martha Patricia Picazo, 34, of Amarillo, and Luiz Daniel Lopez, 31, of Wildorado were traveling south on S. Grand St. near SL 335 at 1: 50 a.m., when their 2018 Audi Q3 “traveled off the roadway, struck a utility pole, and caught fire.”
