The National Weather Service reinstated flood watches across Southwestern Pennsylvania, beginning at 11 a.m. Monday.
Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Indiana, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango and Washington counties, said the weather service office, located in Moon.
