A California Highway Patrol officer narrowly avoided injury Sunday morning when a SUV crashed into their parked motorcycle on Interstate 80 in Solano County.
The incident occurred at 7:42 a.m. on the eastbound shoulder of the highway. According to the CHP, the officer ran to safety moments before a Hyundai Ioniq 5 slammed into the motorcycle.
